Fascinating Near Death Experience - Encounters Galactic Soul Group

I listen to podcasts when I walk my dog or clean my house and I was recently listening to Ellyn Dye tell her story of her near death experience. It hit on so many topics from my blog, specifically the soul plan, reincarnation, starseeds, and what happens when we die. She is also a really great speaker and communicator. Let me summarize her story here:

In 1985 Ellyn had a head-on car collision with another car. Right before impact she found herself floating above her body actually witnessing the collision. She says that being out of her body felt amazing. She quickly realizes that she is more than her body, that the body is just something she occupies rather than who she is.

She says the following: "I felt totally free for the first time in my life. At the same time, I felt like “I”—the All of Who I AM—was much bigger than I could comprehend; that I was a vast, expanded Being, that had merely been pretending to be small and limited. Without a body, I could “see” in every direction simultaneously, even without physical eyes to see. The sudden loss of my body was not a hardship; being IN my body had been the hardship, and now I was FREE!"

She then begins to feel a tunnel of light open and moves toward it. She says the following about the light, "The Light itself was bright and inviting and I effortlessly moved toward it. The closer I got to the tunnel, the more wonderful the energy felt. It felt alive, sentient, and it knew who I was. I felt it pulsing with Love, and it called me, drew me, pulled me, and beckoned me… Home."

She arrives in a place of bright light and feels pure love and joy. She says the following, "I knew suddenly that I was back inside God, where I truly belong, where all of us truly belong. I realized, or remembered, that God is not a person or personality, even though humans like to portray “Him” as that. Humans project their personality traits—the judgment, the condemnation, the need to be worshipped and obeyed, the need to lash out and punish those who do not do what we want, etc., etc.—onto God, in essence making Him in their image, rather than the other way around. But that human tendency makes God small, perhaps small enough for our human minds to comprehend. The God I was experiencing is All That Is…. God IS Everything…. including each one of us. God is the Creative Force of all the Universes, a giant ocean of LOVE, from which all matter is created. And I was a little drop of that ocean, that once had been separated and was finally back where I belonged."

Ellyn says that she then meets her relatives including her biological father. She was adopted so she never met her biological father but she recognizes him from his energy. After her near death experience she later confirms through photographs that this is who she saw. She says that her relatives knew everything that had happened in her life, that they were learning and growing across the veil but were also able to follow what was happening in her life as well. She describes the reunion like a big party filled with joy.

Ellyn says the following about her relatives, "Yet even more incredible, I also had vivid glimpses of each one of them—and me—in other lifetimes, in other time periods, in other locations, settings, and circumstances when and where we had known each other. I realized that these loved ones and I had been together in many different relationships and different roles, many, many times before. While I knew them in this life as mother, father, grandparent, uncle or aunt, in other lives they may have played the role of my sibling, lover, child, friend, or even an antagonist or adversary. We were like a large acting troupe moving from town to town (and time to time), presenting different plays, and each playing different characters in relation to each other."

Ellyn realizes that she needs to move on to meet another group of beings. She walks through a park and arrives at a gazebo where she meets with a group of lion beings. She describes them in the following way, "They were very highly evolved Sacred Beings. They were benevolent and kind beyond words, and they had the most amazing sense of humor! They loved to laugh! Their love, joy, and laughter vibrated through my entire expansive Self! And they felt like the dearest, most loving, family and friends, far closer to me than those other “human” relatives I had just seen."

These beings explain to her why she incarnated and that she planned out the events of her life. At first she is disbelieving that she would choose her hardships in her life: to be adopted, for her adoptive mother to die early on in her life, and for her adoptive father to be critical of her. However, she finds out the purpose and understands that they were challenges she needed to work through and stepping stones on her journey.

She explains that after her NDE, she researched the lion beings from another star system. She says the following, "They are said to be very advanced, highly evolved Beings, if not the most highly evolved. They are the Guardians of the gods, and the Guardians of humans and the ancient wisdom".

As her conversation with the lion beings conclude, they tell her she should go back to Earth. She argues that she doesn't want to go back. They say to her, "But before you decide, let us just remind you of why you decided to have this incarnation in the first place, and what you could accomplish if you go back…". Then she wakes up in her hospital room with a bruised face. She finds out that she hit the steering wheel, then windshield and had a horrible concussion. She recovers from her injuries and for the next 30 years works to integrate her experience into her life.

She explains that after her NDE, she often wanted to go back to her real home but continued to work on herself, learning new skills, and trying to understand her purpose. She wrote books, worked as a Reiki master, and now is a life coach and healer helping as many people as she can. She writes the following about her purpose, "I came back to BE HERE NOW. I believe that’s why we are all here… to BE here at this time of great change, at the time of the Great Shift in consciousness, to fill ourselves with that unconditional love and joy of Home and radiate it out to everyone around us, to help them touch into it. And to have fun and be happy. And perhaps to remind everyone around me of Who They Are: Divine, Powerful Beings, parts of God, the very Heart of God, who are pretending to be humans in 3-D, separate from each other."

Wow, pretty amazing right! When I was reading the part of Ellyn's story about the lion beings, I kept thinking that this was her soul group. Lion beings are a galactic race from the Lyran star system. They are a very old, evolved, and spiritual race of beings. There are also Lyran starseeds on our planet, which means souls that incarnated in the Lyran star system and then incarnated on Earth. A soul can appear in whatever form it wants so they were probably showing her this form so she would come back and understand that she was a Lyran starseed and research it. She also talks about coming back from her NDE and trying to figure out her purpose. Many starseeds feel like they are on Earth for a reason and feel like they have a mission on Earth. She explains that she felt the need to help people but this feeling of a mission and purpose to help humanity can often cause pressure and anxiety. Eventually she realizes that she just needs to follow her intuition and be in the present. This is a great lesson which I can relate to.
