Mayim Bialik is known for her role on The Big Bang Theory and hosting Jeopardy. She's also very intelligent and earned a Ph.D. in neuroscience. That isn't all! She also has a really cool podcast where she interviews near death experiencers, channelers, mediums, and scientists bridging spirituality with science.
Recently I was listening to a podcast episode where she interviewed Elizabeth Krohn. Krohn was in front of a Jewish synagogue in the pouring rain holding an umbrella next to her son, when a bolt of lightning struck her umbrella. She immediately left her body and started observing the scene from her energy body. She observed her physical body laying on the ground.
Krohn then followed a "living light" to the spirit realm and sat on a bench in a heavenly park. She sat on this park bench asking deep questions about the mysteries of the universe and the answers were immediately made available to her. During this time in the spirit realm she was told that if she goes back to her life on Earth she will have another child, a girl and that this soul chose her as her mother. She was also told that she would later endure a divorce from her husband. The decision was up to her if she wanted to return to her life.
In the podcast she describes the spirit realm. She says that there are colors that we don't have and everything is so much more real there. She says that Earth is a hell-like realm compared to that of the spirit realm. She said this a bit tongue in cheek but it was quite clear that the spirit realm is way better than Earth. Essentially the spirit realm is like the Ritz Carlton and Earth is like Motel 6. In regards to her comments about the colors, this is a common description noted by near death experiencers. There seem to be thousands of primary colors in the spirit realm that we don't have here or we can't see them with our physical eyes. Yes, it's hard to imagine a color that we don't have, right?
Another interesting point she brought up is that there was a mountain range in the distance, and she was told that if she chooses not to return to her body she will take a path past the mountain range further into the spirit realm. However, she can't go past the mountain range unless she decides to stay. This is also a common point brought up by near death experiencers that there is a boundary that they can't cross in the spirit realm unless they decide to stay there. I also see this concept of a boundary in the shared death experience as well. See blog post here for more on shared death experiences.
Towards the end of the episode Bialik asks Krohn if we reincarnate and Krohn's answer is "Absolutely". Krohn said that we have to keep incarnating in order to learn what we need to learn. Earth is a school. We have been here before and we will come back again.
Bialik asks really good questions and there were even times where I was laughing at their humor together. I definitely recommend this interview and Mayim Bialik's overall podcast: https://youtu.be/HQhOb63E_do?si=74HgTkzGm0vk3h5x
