Lauren spent sixteen years in the corporate world as an IT consultant and project manager before becoming a stay-at-home mother. While raising her three little ones, she began an in-depth exploration into spirituality, researching near-death experiences, hypnosis, and consciousness while studying mediumship and energy healing.

 

In January 2025, Lauren experienced a benevolent encounter with an extraterrestrial followed by a series of otherworldly experiences. These transformative events became the foundation of her first book, Our Galactic and Spiritual Origins.

 

She lives with her husband, three children, and their delightfully crazy dog. When she’s not meditating and writing, she’s picking up toys, preparing meals for her kids, and running with her dog. Lauren is currently writing her second book and regularly shares her thoughts on spirituality and ascension in her blog.
