Mayim Bialik’s podcast recently featured Dr. Helané Wahbeh, Director of Research at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) and author of The Science of Channeling (episode link here).

IONS conducts fascinating research exploring topics such as telepathy, energy healing, extrasensory perception (ESP), and many other areas related to consciousness and human potential.

During the podcast, Dr. Wahbeh discussed a recent experiment in which three trance channelers were asked to connect with ten different extraterrestrial races. The purpose was to compare their responses and look for commonalities in the information they received. Below is a summary of the experiment from the IONS website:

"We recruited three experienced trance channelers with varied backgrounds and generally limited exposure to ufology. Each interview took place over a single Zoom session devoted to just one of the ten named ETI (extraterrestrial intelligence) groups — among them the Pleiadians, Arcturians, Orions, and Grays. At the start of a session, the channeler entered a trance state and set the intention to connect with that session’s group; while they held that state, the IONS researcher interviewed the channeler — and, through them, the group being contacted — using the same fixed guide of 28 questions every time. Each session ran about one to one and a half hours." (reference here)

The ten galactic races (or ETIs as they call them) are Pleiadian, Arcturian, Sirian, Orion, Andromedan, Antarean, Lyran, Anunnaki, Draco, Grays.

The questions explored a wide range of topics, including what each race’s home world is like, their physical appearance, whether disease exists among their population, how they reproduce and communicate, and how their societies are structured. The researchers also asked about dimensions, energy, time, relationships with other species, relationships with humanity, disclosure on Earth, alleged abductions, and how ESP works.

I read through the research results and interestingly, the feedback they received is consistent with my own research into galactic races. Below is a summary of what the galactic races said through the channeler. I also created AI pictures of the beings based on the descriptions they gave of themselves.

There is a lot of information in the full document, so if this topic interests you, I encourage you to explore the research yourself using this link: IONS reference here. I also provided all links at the bottom of this post as well.

Pleiaedians

“We are a multi-planetary species. Eighteen planets, with some serving non-biological or communicative functions."

All three channelers described Pleiadians as humanoid. At the same time, substantial variation in appearance was emphasized, including differences in skin coloration, hair color, translucence, and luminosity.

The channeler described some Pleiadians as “looking similar to you humans,” while others “do not look like the human species.” Another channeler described blue, translucent skin that “become[s] quite radiant,” while another channeler attributed blue-tinted skin to planetary composition: “the content of our water, earth, and air.”

Illness was described as rare, minimal, or nonexistent across all three accounts. Health was framed as a function of consciousness, energetic alignment, and resonance with planetary or cosmic forces rather than as a biomedical issue.

All channelers described multiple reproductive pathways, including biological reproduction similar to humans alongside technological or assisted methods.

Lifespan was consistently described as extended, often spanning hundreds or thousands of years, with death framed as a voluntary or conscious transition.

“We enter and exit into these biological beings with the intention of conscious expansion.” Aging was notably absent as a degenerative process; adulthood was portrayed as a prolonged, stable state until conscious departure from the body.

All three channelers described telepathy as the dominant mode of communication. Verbal language was retained for specific contexts but consistently described as slower and less precise.

Formal governmental structures were consistently rejected. Instead, guidance was attributed to elders, councils, or highly evolved beings whose authority derived from consciousness level rather than coercive power.

Material scarcity was described as largely absent. Exchange occurred through sharing, symbolic markers, or intention-driven trade rather than money.

Orions

Channelers described Orion as “a very large system with many inhabited worlds,” some of which are aligned with different ethical or developmental trajectories.

Channelers emphasized advanced infrastructure, including large-scale cities, fleets, and industrial systems. They also described environments optimized for production, defense, or governance, with less emphasis on aesthetic or ecological integration.

Channelers described Orion beings as similar in size to humans but with distinct facial features and darker or gray-toned skin. Also described as taller, more muscular forms with pronounced facial ridges and dense musculature. Emphasized variability, noting that some Orion beings appear almost indistinguishable from humans, while others have more pronounced non-human features.

Channelers described lifespans averaging several hundred years, approximately 200 to 400 years, with technological interventions used to extend vitality. Also described lifespan as dependent on planetary conditions and social status, with elites often living longer due to access to advanced technologies.

Reproduction was described as biological in most cases, sometimes supplemented by technological assistance.

Channelers described illness arising from environmental and occupational factors, particularly on industrial planets. Also emphasized advanced medical facilities capable of treating most conditions but acknowledged that disease has not been fully eliminated.

As for communication, Orion beings use verbal speech extensively alongside telepathic exchange. Also emphasized the use of communication devices, translators, and command systems.

All three channelers described Orion societies as explicitly hierarchical. They also described ruling elites, worker classes, and enforcement systems, with authority concentrated among those controlling resources and technology.

Andromedans

Andromeda is described as an integrated system of consciousness, with planets at different developmental stages and densities.

The planets are described as various types including rocky and arid, Earth-like worlds, and crystalline worlds.

The physical descriptions of the beings were tall, slender humanoids with smooth skin and minimal hair. Bodies ranging from dense physical forms to partially light-based embodiments, noting that some Andromedans appear “almost translucent.” Also described variations in skin tone, including brown, gold, and greenish hues, with large eyes and elongated cranial features.

All three channelers described Andromedan lifespans as extremely long by human standards. Aging was not described as degenerative, and death was framed as elective.

Disease was consistently described as minimal or nonexistent.

All three channelers described Andromedan communication as primarily telepathic, supplemented by imagery, emotional resonance, and occasionally spoken language.

Lyrans

Across channelers, Lyrans were consistently described as originating within the region humans identify as the Lyra constellation, while emphasizing that “Lyra” refers to a complex, multi-planetary and in some accounts multi-cluster system rather than a single home world.

Descriptions of Lyran environments emphasized ecological abundance and environmental diversity. Planets with oxygen-rich atmospheres, jungles, deserts, and varied terrain broadly comparable to Earth. Across channelers, Lyran environments are described as supporting diverse life forms rather than as technologically dominated landscapes.

Lyrans are described as broadly humanoid with thin bodies and elongated, lion-like facial features, hairless skin, and five-fingered hands and feet. There are also beings with a large rounded skull, large black eyes, thin limbs, and chameleon-like skin coloration. Also described forms resembling pterodactyls or avian–reptilian beings.

Channelers described lifespans spanning hundreds and sometimes thousands of years, with beings eventually returning to light rather than undergoing biological death. Aging was not described as degenerative, and death was consistently framed as elective or transitional.

They described infrequent illness and disease, and when illness does arise it is treated with natural remedies from the environment.

Telepathy is the primary mode of communication, with spoken language used selectively for emotional nuance.

Lyran societies do not have conventional political systems. They described evolved individuals who guide communities based on expertise and demonstrated wisdom, rather than election or coercion.

Cultural expression varied across channelers but consistently emphasized knowledge and creativity. Descriptions included enjoyment of music, books, writing, shared creative activities. Economic systems emphasized provision of needs, barter, or energetic exchange rather than scarcity-based accumulation.

Anunnaki

All channelers described three home planets with Earth-like environments but greater technological and cultural advancement. They were also described as being a hybrid race of extraterrestrials meaning genetic lineage from other galactic races.

Across channelers, the Anunnaki is described as humanoid but exhibiting wide variation in stature, density, and form. Also described as taller and “lighter energetically” than humans, with long lifespans. Emphasized extensive interbreeding with reptilian species, producing phenotypes ranging from human-like to reptilian hybrids with scales, tails, and altered cranial features.

Lifespans across accounts ranged from centuries to thousands of years.

Across channelers, disease was described as rare or eliminated through alignment of mental, emotional, and energetic states.

All channelers identified telepathy as the dominant mode of Anunnaki communication.

Across accounts, hierarchy was framed as diminishing with increasing consciousness density. All channelers described Anunnaki society as moving toward reintegration with universal consciousness. Present divisions were framed as transitional rather than permanent, with density ascension, ethical maturation, and relinquishment of domination recurring.

Arcturians

Descriptions of Arcturian environments emphasized beauty, harmony, and energetic attunement rather than industrialization or ecological manipulation.

Physically the beings described themselves as very tall, seven to nine feet, lean bodies and large eyes capable of perceiving broader light spectra, very little body hair, skin described as blue-hued or luminescent.

Across all channelers, Arcturian lifespan was described as extremely long by human standards, with embodiment framed as intentional.

Lifespans spanning “hundreds to thousands of years,” with beings choosing when to exit the body.

Reproduction compared to an “in vitro process,” with embryos developing outside the body. Channelers similarly described technologically mediated gestation and emphasized communal involvement in child-rearing.

Sirians

The description of the physical beings vary based on the planet and environment. They are described as tall humanoid forms averaging nine feet with luminescent blue skin, while also noting that higher-density Sirians function primarily as light bodies without need for physical sustenance. Beings also include reptilian or aquatic in form, capable of living both underwater and on land.

The planetary environments are similar to Earth in terms of atmosphere and biodiversity. The channeler described ascended Sirian planets as very bright, very crystalline, and glowing with an internal light. Denser planets supported agriculture, aquatic life, and culinary practices.

Environmental descriptions across channelers emphasized harmony, abundance, and energetic integration rather than exploitation.

Communication is telepathy as primary, with verbal language used secondarily.

Society is described as self-governance through universal laws, autonomy, and collective accountability, explicitly rejecting the idea of government.

Cultural life was consistently described as creative, aesthetic, and relational.

Draco

Across channelers, the Draco are consistently described as an extensive, ancient civilization distributed across multiple planets and star systems associated with the Draco constellation and adjacent regions.

The channelers described Draco as 8-9 foot tall reptilian or reptilian-humanoid beings with upright posture, scales, claws, and pronounced physical presence.

All channelers described Draco lifespans as long compared to humans, typically spanning hundreds to thousands of years.

All channelers identified telepathic communication as a primary or foundational modality.

Social organization was consistently described as hierarchical.

Across channelers, Draco governance was described as historically rooted in dominance, control, and conquest.

Antareans

Descriptions of Antarean environments emphasized ecological abundance and intentional structural organization. Planets were described as “very, very lush, very green,” with oceans, rivers, mountains, and fertile land supporting natural nourishment. Also, one channeler elaborated on vast subterranean caverns dedicated to specific functions, including education, healing, engineering, and communal gathering, with a central pavilion aligned with planetary energetic centers.

All three channelers described Antareans as physically embodied beings with insectoid or mantis-like morphology, while emphasizing advanced intelligence and upright humanoid posture.

Reproductive processes were consistently described as egg-based, sexually differentiated, and supported communally.

Health was consistently described as robust and maintained through awareness and energetic regulation.

All three channelers described telepathy as the primary mode of Antarean communication.

Antarean societies were consistently described as orderly but non-coercive.

Cultural life was described as rich, participatory, and deeply integrated with education and creativity. Channelers emphasized study of universal knowledge, music, and theater, alongside natural living.

Grays

Across channelers, the Grays were consistently described as originating from one or more physical home worlds that are now barren, damaged, or energetically depleted. Several accounts emphasized that contemporary Gray populations no longer reside primarily on planetary surfaces but instead operate from spacecraft, orbital facilities, or distributed off-world installations. Home worlds were framed as historically significant but no longer viable ecological habitats, contributing to the Grays’ mobile and technologically mediated mode of existence.

Several channelers described the Grays as having undergone a prior period of expansion characterized by technological dominance and interstellar reach, followed by ecological collapse, biological degradation, or ethical imbalance. Present-day Gray activity was consistently framed as adaptive, reparative, or transitional rather than expansionist, with emphasis on survival, regeneration, and reintegration rather than growth.

All channelers converged on a stereotypical Gray morphology, including short stature, thin limbs, large heads, large dark eyes, minimal facial features, and smooth gray skin. This morphology was consistently framed not as an evolutionary ideal but as the outcome of long-term genetic manipulation, cloning, and technological substitution for biological functions.

Overall:

In regards to space and time, all channelers reported that ETIs explicitly rejected linear, materialist models of reality, instead describing space and time as configurable conditions shaped by awareness, frequency, or dimensional density. ETIs emphasized that what humans perceive as physical reality represents a localized, high-density expression within a much broader ontological field.

While nearly all ETIs acknowledged the use of vehicles or craft, these were consistently framed as secondary or situational tools rather than primary modes of travel. Consciousness-mediated movement—described variously as dimensional shifting, teleportation, or non-local translocation—was repeatedly identified as the most advanced and efficient means of relocation.

ETIs uniformly described energy as universally available and non-scarce, drawing from planetary fields, electromagnetic forces, gravitational gradients, zero-point fields, or source-level consciousness. Across channelers, ETIs emphasized that humanity’s lack of access reflects ethical, psychological, and governance limitations rather than technical impossibility. The ETIs linked energy suppression to domination-based power systems.

Across ETIs, inter-species relations were consistently framed as organized through supra-planetary confederations or councils, most frequently referred to as the Galactic Federation or functionally equivalent bodies. These structures were not described as centralized governments but as distributed, consensus-oriented systems coordinating interaction across civilizations with differing levels of development.

Several ETIs described themselves as having fully transcended warfare, resolving disagreement through communication, energetic mediation, or council deliberation. Others acknowledged historical or ongoing conflicts, including armed engagement, typically associated with lower-density civilizations or earlier evolutionary stages. Even when armed forces were mentioned, they were framed as defensive, dormant, or energetically based rather than militaristic in a human sense.

Across ETIs, humanity was positioned as a civilization in an intermediate or accelerated developmental phase rather than as primitive, exceptional, or terminal. ETIs described humans as operating within dense physical, psychological, and social constraints while simultaneously undergoing rapid evolutionary pressure.

Humanity is frequently framed as genetically or energetically hybrid. Many ETIs described humans as carrying mixed lineages, seeded capacities, or latent potentials derived from multiple non-human sources. This hybrid framing positioned humanity as partially continuous with ETIs rather than categorically separate.

Across ETIs, direct physical interaction with humanity was described as rare, conditional, or historically bounded. The dominant engagement modes included monitoring, energetic stabilization, inspiration through altered states, dreams, intuitive insights, and interaction with specific individuals rather than institutions.

Practices of human abduction were acknowledged. Across ETIs, abductions or human interference were almost universally described as having occurred historically, but rarely as ongoing, normative, or endorsed practices. Most ETIs framed abductions as concentrated in earlier phases of human–ETI interaction, often associated with periods of limited ethical oversight, incomplete understanding of human neurophysiology, or lower-consciousness factions. Present-day abductions were typically described as rare, constrained, or occurring at non-physical levels of consciousness rather than through physical removal.

Across ETIs, public disclosure was described as constrained by human psychological readiness, social stability, and ethical maturity. Premature disclosure was framed as potentially destabilizing, while delayed disclosure was acknowledged as frustrating but necessary. Several ETIs described current conditions as a threshold period, marked by increased anomalous experiences, sightings, and cultural attention rather than overt revelation.

The future human–ETI relationship is framed as collaborative rather than hierarchical. Many ETIs articulated a future-oriented relationship characterized by collaboration, shared stewardship, or eventual confederation participation. This future was consistently described as contingent on shifts in governance, ethical orientation, environmental responsibility, and collective coherence. While timelines varied, the dominant narrative framed human–ETI relations as evolving toward reciprocity and transparency rather than permanent oversight or separation.

Psi capacities (psychic abilities) were described as emerging naturally as consciousness becomes more coherent, integrated, and less constrained by fear, trauma, or egoic identity. In this framing, humans were described not as lacking psi ability, but as developmentally inhibited. Suppression or attenuation of psi was attributed to environmental stressors, sociocultural conditioning, trauma, and attentional fragmentation rather than biological limitation. Several ETIs explicitly framed psi dormancy as reversible rather than absent.

Across ETIs, responses converged strongly on the affirmation of an ultimate source, creator, or originating principle underlying reality. However, this source was almost never described as a personal, anthropomorphic, or interventionist deity. Instead, ETIs consistently rejected human-like god models in favor of abstract, impersonal, or transpersonal descriptions. Terms such as source consciousness, origin field, infinite intelligence, creative principle, or all that is appeared across ETIs with otherwise divergent anthropological and cosmological profiles.

A dominant cross-ETI theme emphasized immanence rather than separation. The ultimate source was repeatedly described as present within all beings, systems, and dimensions, including the ETIs themselves. Rather than worship, obedience, or petition, the appropriate relationship to the source was framed as alignment, remembrance, embodiment, or resonance. No ETI described the existence of an ultimate evil or permanently separated entity; eventual reintegration or reconciliation with the source was consistently implied.

A highly convergent theme involved individual and collective consciousness development. ETIs repeatedly urged humans to expand perception, remain open-minded, elevate emotional and energetic states, and disengage from fear-based thinking. This guidance was framed as both a personal responsibility and a collective accelerator of planetary change. Inner work was consistently privileged over external action. Practices such as intention-setting, emotional regulation, compassion, and awareness were emphasized as primary levers of change, with political, technological, or institutional solutions framed as secondary or derivative.
