Release the Chains of Fear to Find Freedom

A couple years ago, as I began studying spirituality I became interested in mediumship. At first I was quite scared of meditation and the idea of mediumship. I grew up with movies like Poltergeist and then as I became older the movie, The Sixth Sense scared me. These movies put an idea about spirits into my head so when I was meditating or practicing mediumship those thoughts were lurking in the back of my mind.

Even though I had those fears in the background, I continued on and I'm so glad that I did. As I explored my fears and even faced them, I realized that they weren't based on truth and my own experiences. Instead, my fearful thoughts came from old religious beliefs from my Catholic upbringing, movies and TV shows I had watched, and things other people had told me.

I continued exploring meditation and mediumship, and what I found was peace, love, and a beautiful connection with benevolent spirits. In four years of daily meditation and practicing mediumship, I haven’t had a single bad or scary experience. Instead, I’ve had beautiful, loving, and wonderful experiences.

As I continued along my spiritual journey, the topic of extraterrestrials, or galactic beings, began to come up. What’s funny is that I had never really thought much about extraterrestrials before, other than being extremely scared of the subject because of movies like Fire in the Sky, Independence Day, Alien, and Signs. Then, when I started meditating, I heard the word “Sirius” in my mind.

I began meeting with psychics, and they all told me that I was a starseed soul who had been incarnating throughout the universe before I began incarnating on Earth. They specifically mentioned Sirius, the Pleiades, Mintaka, and Andromeda.

What!? I’ve actually been an alien? I thought.

So I began researching starseeds and reading books by people who had contact with galactic beings and even channeled them.

Then, in 2025, I began having my own experiences with galactic friends. I detail these experiences in my upcoming book, Our Galactic and Spiritual Origins. What I discovered through my own research and experiences was that galactic beings weren’t scary at all. In fact, my experiences with them were benevolent and deeply spiritual. They were filled with wisdom, love, and spirituality, including the messages I received through a channeler.

During this period of exploration, I also worked with two extremely gifted psychics and began exploring my own galactic incarnations. Together, we detailed 16 of my galactic lives, which I also share in my upcoming book.

What I discovered was that galactic lives still involve challenges, purposes, and lessons. There were even lives in which I was involved in galactic wars and conflicts. But ultimately, galactic conflict isn’t so different from war on our own planet. During war, whether it happens on another planet or here on Earth, there is destruction, and people die and return to the spirit realm. Yes, there may be advanced technology on other planets, and yes, there are spaceships, but in the end, war is war.

After years of research and my own experiences, I kept coming back to the same conclusion: We are all souls incarnating for learning and creative experiences so that we can evolve.

Extraterrestrials and humans alike experience life, death, and a return to the spirit realm. There may be higher-dimensional planets and experiences that are less physical and very different from our experience here on Earth. However, the soul can enjoy both. There aren’t planets or dimensions that are better or worse. Ultimately, it’s about the experiences the soul chooses to have and the lessons it wants to learn.

After four years of research and otherworldly experiences, my assessment is that none of this is scary. It’s magical and wonderfully amazing that we are all souls having these experiences. And it’s beautiful that we can connect with our spirit guides, loved ones in spirit, galactic friends, and angels using our own psychic abilities.

Throughout my journey, I definitely felt fear at times, but none of my fears actually came true. What I found was that many of my fears came from religious dogma, movies, and TV shows. The institutions and societal structures that had told me, “Don’t do this, or else this will happen,” weren’t actually right when I explored these things for myself.

The things I was once afraid of—meditation, mediumship, and extraterrestrials—ended up becoming some of the most fascinating and beautiful experiences of my life.

What was most important to me was that I never lost my curiosity. I never allowed fear to stop me from exploring the mysteries of the universe.

The thing is, we are all eternal souls, and I believe our souls agree to the experiences we have. In the end, nothing is simply happening to us. We are creators of our reality, both as souls and as humans with free will.

And that’s what I’m ultimately getting at: There is no point to living in fear.

It’s important to observe our fears and question where they come from. Sometimes, when we look closely, we discover that our fears were never based on our own experiences at all. They were inherited from our upbringing, our culture, our beliefs, or stories we were told.

When we release those fears, we become free.

And perhaps that is the perfect word for the opposite of fear:

freedom.
