Parents that Work with their Children Across the Veil

When I first started taking mediumship classes with Suzanne Giesemann, I listened to her podcast show. She frequently interviewed parents that had written books about their experience of losing a child and then finding them again in Spirit. These parents often explained that they were able to communicate with their child across the veil and had stories and signs of evidence that their child lived on. I noticed that many times there was a common theme when I dug in and read the parents' books. These weren't just children in spirit, they were advanced souls. These advanced souls would also commonly communicate across the veil that their exit point was part of a plan, a bigger plan to impact and help others. There are many books out there by parents with similar experiences as below but I wanted to share just a few examples.

Joe McQuillen lost his son, Chistopher in a drowning accident when Chris was 21 years old. He then began a journey to "find his son". Throughout the book Joe explains that after meeting with many mediums and receiving signs, he finds the evidence he needs in order to know that his son still exists. In the book, Joe shares some of the evidential conversations he had with mediums. He also begins automatic writing to connect with his son. Automatic writing is when you quietly meditate and then start writing what comes to you in your mind. Joe explains that his son is communicating to him in his mind and he's writing down what his son is saying. He knows it is his son communicating because he is writing things that he could not know. Essentially, this is soul to soul communication, the concept of oneness which is the same concept used in mediumship and channeling. Joe shares samples of the automatic writing in the book. Throughout Joe's journey, he learns that his son Chris is an advanced soul and now has a job as a guide helping children that recently crossed the veil. Joe also explains in the book that this drowning incident was one of Chris's exit points and that Chris's soul planned a shorter life for this incarnation. He also finds out that he and his son have lived multiple lives together as a family but had different roles. Joe learns that his purpose for this incarnation is to help other parents, especially men with the grieving process, since men sometimes struggle with expressing emotions. Elisa Medhus was a physician and skeptic of the afterlife until her son, Erik took his own life at the age of 20. This propelled Elisa into a search to understand the afterlife and to understand the science of how an afterlife could be possible. She started reading about energy, quantum physics, and at some point her son, Erik became her biggest teacher from across the veil. Through dreams, visitations and mediumship, Erik described to Elisa what happens during the death process, what the afterlife is like, what he does with his time, the meaning of life and the human experience. Elisa now has a YouTube channel called Channeling Erik with 100k subscribers where she meets with mediums and Erik in spirit to discuss spiritual topics. I've watched quite a few videos. In one video on reincarnation, they explain that Elisa and Erik have lived many lives together on Earth as well as other planets. It's also stated in her book and in videos that Erik is now a spirit guide supporting many humans here on Earth. Elisa wrote a book called My Son and the Afterlife: Conversations from the Other Side and co-wrote a book with Erik himself (channeled by a natural born medium named Jamie Butler) called My Life After Death: A Memoir from Heaven. Interestingly, Elisa has explained that she and Erik both incarnated during the time of Atlantis. During this time, crystals and energy were used for healing. She recently created a company called Atlantis Scalar where they use crystals and Scalar energy to heal. She has said on her videos they are getting rave reviews. There is also a documentary in the works about their story.

Camille Dan lost her son, Aaron unexpectedly due to a fatal fall. She describes Aaron as an old empathetic soul. Camille was a nurse and described herself as science-based. Quickly after the death of her son, Camille starts receiving signs that Aaron still exists. This leads Camille to start reading books and listening to podcasts on spirituality. She explains that at one point Aaron starts speaking to her about how energy and the universe works. Camille knows she's not making it up because her son is providing physical evidential signs. She says that he became her biggest teacher across the veil. She started journaling and shortly after, she realized that Aaron was communicating to her through automatic writing. She learns that her son Aaron is always around but he's also very busy across the veil. He explains to her that spirits can split their energy and be in more than one place at a time. Eventually she decides to share her journal entries and the evidential signs her son sends in a book called Aaron's Energy. Some interesting things that I learned from Camille's book and listening to her talk on podcasts is how the spirit side can provide physical signs to loved ones. She explains that her and Aaron discussed how the spirit side can move clouds around to provide messages in clouds. Aaron also explains that for him to send her a sign through a bird, he melds his energy with the bird's energy. On the last page of her book she provides an update and says, "Aaron still sends me amazing signs and messages, perfectly timed so I can connect the dots for meaning. He tells me that we work together from both sides across the veil." Camille went on to write a second book called, Gathering at the Doorway, an anthology of signs, visits, and messages from the Afterlife.

Suzanne Giesemann was a navy commander that retired after 9/11. She and her husband decided to buy a boat and sail around the world for a while to escape the memories from 9/11. While sailing, they received a phone call that her stepdaughter's plane (she was a sergeant in the Marine Corps) was struck by lightning and her stepdaughter and unborn child were both killed. After the funeral, Suzanne Giesemann could not stop thinking that her stepdaughter, Susan still existed. This inspired her to meditate daily asking for Susan to contact her. Initially, she didn't hear from Susan but started having spiritual experiences which led her to take mediumship classes. Eventually Suzanne Giesemann did hear from Susan but she was already on her journey to becoming a medium by that point. Suzanne Giesemann has shared that her stepdaughter, Susan told her that this was part of a bigger plan. This is why Suzanne Giesemann teaches that everyone can connect with loved ones across the veil. Suzanne's story is reflected in the book, Messages of Hope.

Something else that I noticed which is very interesting is that the parents also talk about the children in spirit knowing each other across the veil and then the parents will meet. For example, Camille Dan explained that her son mentioned knowing someone on the spirit side named Matthew and then soon after she meets another parent and finds out they have a son in spirit named Matthew. She provided more details to this story but you get the picture. Suzanne Giesemann also talks about this happening quite a bit in her YouTube videos. This has to do with the interconnectivity of Souls, the concept of Oneness. We are all connected even if we can't see the web.

As humans we often say, why do bad things happen and we get caught up in the tragedy. The media often shares tragic news stories painting death as the end but in the above examples you can see that it certainly is not an end but a transition. Grief is part of being human and is an emotion we cannot escape on this planet; however, I think it's important to look at how pain and grief can be transmuted into love, creating awareness for change, and helping others.
