Another Fascinating Channeling With My Higher Self

In my prior posts I explained that I meet from time to time with a talented intuitive named Stephanie that can channel the Higher Self. The Higher Self is the percentage of our soul energy that stays in a higher dimension (for the backstory please read the blog post called My Story). I told Stephanie that I was hoping to hear more from my Higher Self to understand who I am as a Soul a bit better. I basically wanted to just open it up to my Higher Self to see what she had to say. Below is the transcription:

"I am so happy to be here and to be speaking in this relaxed, open and allowing state. So I acknowledge that I’ve walked some sticky lifetimes, some intensity, so when I have scenarios, situations, and circumstances that align with a trigger point of that, it can feel destabilizing and that is because those lifetimes for me were not ones I was able to work out what needed to be worked out. This lifetime for me does not have to be the one in which I apply the hard work. I am acknowledging this because it can be very easy to fall prey to the teachings of others that say nose to the grindstone, dig out the shadow, do the shadow work. And while yes I can see the value of that, this is not a lifetime for me where I have to work so hard, slog through, to bring to healing those places. My next one might be that or my one after that. I do not know, I have not decided if it will be in the dimension where I take form and embody or if it will be in a different dimension. I want to acknowledge that yes yes part of me, part of what I carry, part of what is imprinted into my soul is an understanding of suffering in the deepest sort of way, in a direct sort of way. So I will always be drawn in some fashion towards those that are in that. So I can say...well then what of this lifetime, it has not become so clear just yet. I am quite young, not in soul age, but in chronological age. If I am quite young in chronological age then that means that I have quite a bit left to operate. That’s ok I am in no hurry. I am enjoying, so very much enjoying, this simple life, it is simple by all accounts really. There are relationships that have specific boundaries, there are roles and responsibilities that I can clearly describe and fulfill. There is in a given day what needs to be accomplished, what needs to be shared and perceived. I am so grateful for the ease of this, the simplicity of this. I want to give to myself that beautiful permission to just be in that moment of simplicity even if I might call it complexity, it really is not. It is simple. I could go on, explain and expand who I have been and how I have been. However, my current pursuits in my cognitive curiosity and my reaching out for the expertise of others, that is enough. I will reach for what I am most interested in, the moment I am guided. I am really quite good at this. But this is not the phase for me to overdue it as it were. This is the phase for me to be as present as possible. And really be quite pleased with how I handle myself because I’ve been preparing for this for a while."

This channeling really highlights how complex we are as souls and that the soul has free will to incarnate in whatever form, dimension and planet it chooses. It's also interesting that my Higher Self explains, there are lifetimes where we need to work through past life energy and some lives seem to be more simple lives. I think my Higher Self wants me to live in the present and focus on my kids for now so I'll take her advice.
