Galactic Wars and Duality

Throughout my life, I've never been into aliens, extraterrestrials, galactic beings...whatever you want to call those that live outside of Earth. Of anything, I was afraid of the subject due to movies. However, when I had about 10 mediums tell me that I've lived on other planets in prior incarnations, I researched the subject and started to get over my fear. Let me share more about what I've gathered about the galactic community and then I want to discuss the topic of duality.
Initially, when I was researching galactic races, I was focused on the highly evolved, well known races like the Pleiadians, Arcturians, Sirians, and Lyrans. These races were always described as highly spiritual and benevolent. As I continued to research, I started to understand that there are benevolent and not-so-benevolent galactic races across the universe just as there are benevolent and not-so-benevolent humans on our own planet. The good thing is that there seems to be a much larger percentage of altruistic beings both in the galactic community and on planet Earth.
In my blog post on Galactic Past Lives, you can see that I had lives where I was involved in galactic battles. This caused me to do a little research on the duality of the greater universe. My understanding is that there have been galactic wars and battles for millions of years. The reason for galactic wars is because a galactic race will grow their technology without growing their consciousness and spirituality which causes the planetary race to use up their resources. They then need to find a new planet to inhabit and they have the spacecrafts to go to other planets and galaxies. This seems to be the main premise for what causes issues. When we drill down to the individual being in these problem-causing galactic races, it's the same issue we have on our own planet. When beings focus too much on materialism and ego, they become disconnected from who they really are and their soul. The good thing is that the benevolent and evolved galactic races like the races I listed above are all in alliances together to protect and support our planet, so please don't worry about our planet getting into a galactic battle.
I personally don't feel inclined to focus too much on the history of galactic wars or battles. I have been more interested in understanding why they happen rather than all the details of who did what to who. There are galactic historians like Debbie Solaris and Elena Danaan that get into this stuff. However, what I noticed is that sometimes these people will get too far into the galactic rabbit hole and they don't bridge it with spirituality to understand why it's happening from the soul perspective. Paying too much attention to galactic wars is similar to focusing too much on the war of our own planet. For example, I think that when we focus too much of our time on reading negative news then it empowers the darkness. Humanity needs to focus on empowering ourselves, specifically I believe that humans need to focus on increasing our own vibration, connecting with our higher self, and figuring out our own individual purpose. Creating more Light on our planet puts a flashlight on the dark and then we start to see what's hiding in the shadows and it creates change in our society.
Why do galactic and human beings do bad things or hurt other beings? This question is what motivated my blog post called, Have We All Been A Bad Guy in A Past Life?. This happens because a being will forget that they are a soul, the spirit realm, the interconnectivity of all things, and Source. They get too wrapped up in the role. Have you ever read about an actor or actress that took their part too seriously and forgot who they were as a person? That's what happens when humans and galactic beings do not-so-nice things. They let their ego take over and totally forget their spiritual essence. When all beings, both human and galactic, leave the incarnation and go back to the spirit realm, they need to go through a life review to learn the lessons from that life. Souls that hurt others in an incarnation are much harder on themselves than their guides, the spiritual councils, and other higher beings in the spirit realm. As for God or Source, I've read time and time again that Source is unconditional love and neutral so there's no judgement on our lives from Source.
We can even take this a step further back and ask, why is there duality at all? Why is there the Light AND the Dark? As my spirit guide says in the blog post, Have We All Been A Bad Guy in A Past Life?, duality does not seem to be by accident. He says the following in that post, "There must always be opposing forces, at least for the teaching of humans, at least for the human mind to understand how to conceptualize, conceive of such things. The duality you speak of is exactly how the mind is made up. Have you noticed the duality of the dual hemispheres right and left, the duality of two sides of the body, the duality of two eyes, two ears, two nostrils…etc etc. The duality is something you can see in just about every direction of every being and thing. It is not something that exists in the mind but is where it tends to reside because the mind really does prefer to have no more than two categories to assess situations."
Let me also share a quote by Elizabeth April from her book, You're Not Dying You're Just Waking Up, "Ultimately, this struggle between the higher and lower frequency beings was all intended by Source to help itself learn and grow and see itself within a reflection." Based on what my spirit guide said and what EA is saying in this quote, it's as if duality has always existed within the universe to drive learning and evolution. However, it seems that the "Light" always outweighs the "Dark". For example our planet is a much larger percentage of benevolent, kind humans. This seems to be the same in the galactic community as well. It has me wondering, is this all part of the game? The Light always outweighs the Dark by a certain percentage but still keeps us learning through challenges? Of course, I can't say for sure but it's an interesting question, right?
With this duality in mind, what is to come of humanity's future? Will the Light continue to outweigh the Dark? I've consistently read that humanity will prevail. Let me share a quote from the book, God Took My Clothes by David Suich. He wrote a book based on interviews with 700 near death experiencers. He explains that near death experiencers were shown the future of humanity. Here is what they said, "There will be peace on Earth, but it won't come gracefully. Dark forces will fight against their own inevitable demise with every last fiber of their strength, but they will lose because light is hundreds of times more powerful than darkness. The spiritual evolution and ascension of human consciousness is an accelerating juggernaut that can no longer be stopped. The game is over. The race has been won. From this point on, it is only a matter of the plan working itself out."
In order for humanity to continue to ascend, we all need to do our best to focus on our own inner work. My suggestion will always be to keep working on ourselves by getting rid of the fear, guilt, judgement, and shame which are emotions that keep our energetic vibration low, and instead focus on gratitude, love, and the things that bring joy and excitement to our lives. As David says, "light is hundreds of times more powerful than darkness".
