Ancient Civilizations - Atlantis and Lemuria

Easter Island

I just finished the book, A Hypnotist's Journey to Atlantis by Sarah Breskman Cosme and this book had me riveted. The ancient civilizations of Atlantis and Lemuria have surfaced in my research several times and I started to see the consistency in the information. Let me share what I know:

In the book, Cosme explains that she was casual friends with another mom named Jen from her child's school. As Cosme progressed in her hypnosis career, she needed to practice her hypnosis techniques in order to gain the next QHHT certification level. She needed someone that wanted to undergo past life regression hypnosis for her to practice. She randomly thought of this friend Jen. To Cosme's shock, Jen was looking for this type of therapy.

Fast forward to Jen's hypnosis session. Jen views her past life where she is a princess in Lemuria. She sees the final day of Lemuria where a big tidal wave took out their whole civilization and Jen is taken prisoner to Atlantis. She explains that this tidal wave was caused by the leaders of Atlantis. Cosme then asks Jen to connect with her subconscious, which is what Cosme refers to as the higher self or soul. Jen's subconscious explains that she was meant to come into Cosme's office so that she could uncover her past lives and then share the information with the world.

Cosme continues to work with Jen. Under past life regression, Jen explains that the civilizations of Lemuria and Atlantis were both seeded by extraterrestrials or galactic beings coming to planet Earth to colonize. Before the galactic beings came to Earth, there were just Neanderthals on our planet. Over thousands of years, different galactic races have added their DNA to create the homo sapiens that we are today. Interestingly, I've heard this theory several times. This is exactly what Darryl Anka says when he channels. Anka also explains that only the Neanderthals existed on this planet and that with the DNA from extraterrestrials, homo sapiens were created. Anka explains that there is too big of a gap between Neanderthals and Homo Sapiens for there to be a natural evolution. Elizabeth April also explains that through channeling, she received the information that all humans have extraterrestrial DNA. Very interesting theory, right?

Under hypnosis, Jen also explains that Lemuria was a matriarchal feminine society. There was compassion, kindness, and love in this society. It sounds like it was a large continent but had more of an island life. They didn't have modern technology but lived in abundance with enough food for everyone. They had crystals which allowed them to avoid disease and sickness. On the other hand, Atlantis was a male dominated cold society focused on technology, invention, and innovation. Jen explains that the leadership of Atlantis came to Lemuria asking for their crystals and when they wouldn't give them their crystals, the Atlanteans generated tidal waves that wiped out the Lemurian civilization. Jen was a Lemurian that was taken prisoner in Atlantis and was able to describe Atlantis as well.

In regards to geography, Cosme says the following, "Atlantis was an island located in the Atlantic Ocean, and that it stretched from Europe to America and over to Africa near Egypt. It extended from the top portion of Western Africa to as far north as North Carolina and Virginia. Many clients have noticed the globe looked different in its land mass shape than it does now, with water and coastlines in altered locations." She also says, "Lemuria was located in the South Pacific, and encompassed the land that is now Easter Island and stretched toward South America." My understanding is that these land masses were more like continents in size rather than islands.

Cosme continues to work with Jen and she notices that she attracts many other clients that had incarnations in Atlantis and the information is consistent. Cosme also reveals that she herself had a life in Atlantis and it was part of her destiny in this life to uncover this material to share. Multiple clients under hypnosis describe the main city of Atlantis built into multiple walkway rings and moats and there was a caste system built into this architecture. Let me share a quote, "The wealthiest were educated highly and were kept within the inner ring of the city. The inner ring of the city was where all of the buildings were more advanced. There were many areas of discovery, and the schools were highly advanced. The second ring were people who were more of an upper middle class, but they kept to themselves and would often try to integrate with the upper echelons, what they considered the more important people, but they understood they would never be fully accepted. Then the work force which also included slaves lived in the third outer most ring."

Throughout the book, we come to understand that the founder of Atlantis was a humanoid galactic being that had found technology left by other galactic races that were originally on Earth. Due to this initial galactic technology found, they were able to build on it. Cosme shares different past life regression sessions where multiple clients describe the advanced technology in Atlantis including hover vehicles, laser-like technology that could cut and lift heavy stones, and high tech inventions. The buildings were also described as a mix of old and new and very beautiful. However, as the Atlantean society continued to advance, their health went into decline. There were viruses that they couldn't figure out how to get rid of. They then enforced a quarantine keeping people inside. Unfortunately, out of desperation they also started experimenting by giving people vaccines that included animal DNA. At first these vaccines worked to eliminate the virus but then caused deformities to the newly born children. These children that had deformities were cast out of society and through multiple people's past life regressions, we find out that many of them were secretly killed on an island.

Cosme also shares something interesting that Jen says under hypnosis, "There is also a correlation between the vaccines now with the human DNA being injected into babies, and the experiments back then. There is a specific type of preservative that goes into the vaccines now that has begun to cause alterations in the brain and was not put in there necessarily for any form of benefit. The vaccines you have now are similarly affecting the genetic code through the brain, but the difference is it is not animal derived. The medical community in our current society has been disgraced. It has fallen from its true goal of healing and has been intermingled with the consumerism and mass marketing of our pharmaceutical industries and the financial benefits that come from the teaming of these two together. There will be in the next three generations a group of people who are more advanced as a result of their exposure to your vaccines and different forms of energy. And the most important is the mindset of those educating the communities. We have labeled this affliction derived from these vaccines as autism. In the long term the results that come from those that have chosen to be afflicted will be outstanding and we will uncover many advances in our society as a result of these people being affected in this way." Jen is essentially explaining that those with autism will help our society with their gifts and we must support them the best way that we can.

Towards the end of the book, we find out that there was a huge cataclysm that ended the civilization of Atlantis. I'll quote one of her clients that is under hypnosis, "There was a great cataclysm. It looks like floods and earthquakes; the destruction looks intentional. It had to be done, but I cannot see who decided this." Another client says that there are earthquakes and explosions and Atlantis falls into the ocean. Channeler, Darryl Anka says that a comet hit the Atlantic ocean and bits and pieces of the comet hit other parts of the planet but the main piece of the comet hit the Atlantic Ocean and created a tsunami which sunk Atlantis.

In regards to the timelines of all this, under past life regression, Jen said that the fall of Lemuria occurred 25,000 years ago. When I met with an Akashic Reader named Erin Lynn, she said that the Lemurian timeline was 250,000 to 27,000 years ago. She also explained that I had an incarnation in Lemuria. Erin explained that my incarnation was 150,000 years ago and described me as a blue-skinned tall being. This is interesting because it seems that I would have looked like a galactic being back then, which coincides with the theory that galactic beings colonized Earth and that we are all "extraterrestrials". Erin also said that she thought the destruction of Atlantis was only 9,000 years ago (7,000 BC).

If you haven't seen the Netflix show called Ancient Apocalypse, then I highly recommend it. Graham Hancock is a researcher and writer that focuses his research on ancient megalithic structures around the world that couldn't have been built by primitive humans. He also explains that he thinks mainstream archaeologists are incorrectly dating these ancient structures because they are afraid to change the timeline of the history of our planet. In each show he takes us on a tour of a megalithic structure and what he knows about its history. A couple examples are Easter Island, the megalithic temples of Malta, the Bimini rock formations also known as the road to Atlantis, and Göbekli Tepe. The show is very well created and is absolutely magical. There's something about Graham that I identify with. I think it's the fact that he refuses to go along with society's narrative when he knows intuitively that it's not the whole truth. He shares his curiosity and research, even though this may make him unpopular in certain circles. I bring up this information about the show because Graham's research coincides with what patients under past life hypnosis are sharing.

Cosme asks her clients if there are remnants from Atlantis and Lemuria. Under hypnosis, Jen says the following, "Easter Island was once part of our land", referring to Lemuria. She says that the Maori stone heads were originally placed in a circle by the Lemurians. Easter Island is covered on Graham Hancock's show so I definitely recommend you check it out. She also says the following about Bimini Road, "This came after Atlantis, but it predates many of the civilizations that they believe could have been responsible. It was built in the aftermath of Atlantis, within 5,000 years of the destruction of it."

We also find out at the end of the book that the survivors of Lemuria and Atlantis went to California and Ancient Egypt. Jen says, "Yes, there were many who went to different smaller communities along coastlines. They worked their way inwards and connected back with each other. These were the beginnings of the societies known as our ancient societies. She also explains that some startup civilizations have left some remnants like stone carvings that don't add up to the things that historians are studying. This is exactly what Graham Hancock is concluding in his show.

Throughout the book, it's brought up several times by different clients under hypnosis that we are uncovering this history and this story now so that we don't repeat the same destiny as Atlantis. It's mentioned how important it is for our society to embrace both the feminine and masculine energy and to increase our spiritual understanding while enhancing technology. The clients under hypnosis also bring up several times that humanity will continue to discover more about our lost history. I don't know about you but I find this all very exciting that humanity is finding remnants of ancient civilizations, and that more information may be revealed in the future.
